Are you a DJ company or a production company?+
We're a conference + corporate production company. Tiers are production-only — PA, microphones, audio recording, run-of-show, hotel AV integration. We don't run dance floors as part of conference scope — those are a separate event format with a separate ops profile.
Why don't your conference packages include party uplighting?+
Because most conferences, business openings, awards ceremonies and corporate meetings don't need them. Daytime business opening with a ribbon cutting doesn't need party uplights. A keynote followed by a panel doesn't need a dance floor. We focus on what business events actually need: clear PA, multi-mic system, audio recording, scripted timing, hotel AV integration.
Can you MC the event?+
No — we're the audio contractor, not an MC service. Your event uses your own MC, agency talent or internal speaker. We sit on the audio side: PA, mics, recording, music cues. Send us the run-of-show your producer wrote and we'll time every audio cue (intro music, applause beds, transitions, sponsor recognitions) to it precisely.
Do you provide AV for panel discussions?+
We handle the music and entertainment-side AV — PA, microphones, lighting, playback. For full conference AV (presentation switching, confidence monitors, IMAG screens), we work alongside your in-house hotel AV team or recommend a dedicated conference AV partner. We're clear about scope so there are no gaps on event day.
What is your insurance coverage?+
We carry $1M general liability plus inland marine (equipment coverage). COI is issued in under 24 hours with your venue listed as additional insured. Required by LoanDepot Park, Fontainebleau, Faena Forum and most hotel properties — we handle it automatically at booking.
How far in advance should we book?+
Major galas and brand activations at premium Miami venues book 3–6 months out, especially for Saturday dates from November through April. Holiday parties (November–December) book out by September. For corporate events in the 50–200 guest range, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient if the date is a weekday.
Do you work with in-house hotel AV teams?+
Yes — regularly. Hotel in-house AV typically controls house audio, house lighting and rigging. We integrate as the entertainment-production layer: our rig feeds into their house system (or runs independently), our lighting is free-standing, and we coordinate load-in and strike through the venue's production manager.
Can you record the audio of speakers / keynote / panel discussion?+
Yes — included in Gala / Award and Brand Activation tiers. We record the microphone feed directly from the mixer's stereo output and deliver the audio as digital files post-event (usually next business day). Useful for marketing reuse, social media clips, podcast cuts, internal knowledge sharing or press distribution. Not a full-production studio recording, but clean stereo capture of everything that goes through our mic channels.
Do you provide W9 + corporate invoicing?+
Yes. We issue W9 on request and invoice corporate clients on Net-15 or Net-30 terms (default Net-15 for new clients, longer terms negotiable for repeat agency / venue partners). Payments via ACH, wire or corporate card. Deposit + balance schedule is standard; for multi-event annual contracts we run on a Master Service Agreement with PO numbers per event.
