Are you a DJ company or a production company?+
We're a sound and lighting production company. Our default tier for corporate events is production-only — sound, lights, crew. Many corporate clients already have a DJ, MC, or agency talent booked, so they need production, not entertainment. If you do need a DJ, we add a vetted Miami DJ — see /pricing for full tiers. We also work as a production partner for working DJs — see /for-djs.
Do you have brand-color uplighting?+
Yes. Our wireless LED uplights are fully programmable RGBW — red, green, blue, white in any combination. Send us your brand Pantone or hex code and we dial it in during setup. IP-rated Chauvet H9IP fixtures are available for outdoor activations.
Can you MC a conference keynote opener?+
Most corporate clients use their own MC and just need our production team behind them. Send us the run-of-show document and speaker bios and we'll script the audio cues for openers, award reveals and CEO introductions. We don't improvise at executive moments; everything is scripted and timed.
Do you provide AV for panel discussions?+
We handle the music and entertainment-side AV — PA, microphones, lighting, playback. For full conference AV (presentation switching, confidence monitors, IMAG screens), we work alongside your in-house hotel AV team or recommend a dedicated conference AV partner. We're clear about scope so there are no gaps on event day.
What is your insurance coverage?+
We carry $1M general liability plus inland marine (equipment coverage). COI is issued in under 24 hours with your venue listed as additional insured. Required by LoanDepot Park, Fontainebleau, Faena Forum and most hotel properties — we handle it automatically at booking.
How far in advance should we book?+
Major galas and brand activations at premium Miami venues book 3–6 months out, especially for Saturday dates from November through April. Holiday parties (November–December) book out by September. For corporate events in the 50–200 guest range, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient if the date is a weekday.
Do you work with in-house hotel AV teams?+
Yes — regularly. Hotel in-house AV typically controls house audio, house lighting and rigging. We integrate as the entertainment-production layer: our rig feeds into their house system (or runs independently), our lighting is free-standing, and we coordinate load-in and strike through the venue's production manager.
