What full-service wedding production means.
Most Miami wedding inquiries start with one question: do we want just a DJ, or a DJ plus the sound system, or a DJ plus sound plus lights? That's exactly how our three reception tiers map out — DJ Only ($1,800) for venues with a house PA, DJ + Sound ($2,400) for the standard reception, and DJ + Sound + Lights ($3,500) for full production with a programmed dance-floor lighting design.
The ceremony is its own rig — battery-powered, weather-rated, built for a different physical space (lawn, beach, courtyard, ballroom). It runs an hour with two wireless mics — one lapel for the officiant, one handheld for vows or readings — and an engineer who cues the music live. We quote it separately at $800–$1,200 depending on venue size and whether you want a cold spark recessional.
Destination weddings are anywhere we have to travel beyond the Miami metro core — Florida Keys, Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa, the Lower Gulf Coast. We bring our owned rig (no local-market substitutions or surprise gear swaps) and pricing is the relevant reception tier × 1.25 plus travel. Key West gets a flat $750 + hotel overnight for the crew; Palm Beach is +$150 delivery and same-day; Orlando / Tampa are quoted per-job.
Every booking — whatever the tier — includes the same foundations: an on-site engineer, a backup rig in the truck, a named DJ on the contract, COI to your venue within 24 hours, and a hurricane reschedule clause in writing. The price you see published is the price you pay. No tip ladders, no service-charge surprises, no quote-after-booking pricing games.
