Rondosound is a Miami-based audio, lighting and DJ rental service operating across South Florida. We are operated by Serhii Kalmykov as a Florida-registered business. Our website is rondosound.com, and our primary contact email is hello@rondosound.com.

Inquiries received via the contact form are delivered to our Hostinger-hosted email inbox (hello@rondosound.com). Active client records may also be stored in a private CRM used solely for event coordination. Data is stored on servers located in the United States or the European Union depending on the service provider.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with advertising networks. Your event details are never disclosed to competitors or marketing aggregators. We share information only as required to deliver your contracted service (for example, providing your venue name and event date to our insurer to issue a COI).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses minimal analytics to understand traffic volume and page performance. If analytics are active, they collect anonymized data including approximate geographic region, device type, and pages visited. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies.
