How it works

Crew on-site, full event.

The crew arrives 45-60 minutes before your guests. Setup takes 20-30 minutes: 85-inch TV is positioned, speakers placed and leveled, microphones paired, song library loaded. The engineer runs a test song with you, confirms the volume is right for the room, and stays on-site through the event — running sound, swapping batteries, troubleshooting mics. At event end, the crew packs everything down and is out of your space quickly.

How many songs are in the library?
35,000+ tracks. English: pop, rock, country, R&B, Top 40, 80s-90s classics. Caribbean & South-American Spanish: Cuban son and salsa, Dominican merengue and bachata, Venezuelan joropo, Colombian vallenato and cumbia, plus reggaeton and Latin pop. The library is updated regularly and accessible via touchscreen tablet or the rotating MC prompt screen.
Can I add my own songs?
Custom track imports are available with 5-7 business days' notice. Common requests include first-dance edits and custom intros. Send us your list and we'll confirm availability.
Do you have songs in Spanish?
Yes — built specifically for Miami audiences. Our Spanish-language library is Caribbean and South-American first: Cuban son montuno (Buena Vista Social Club, Compay Segundo), Cuban salsa (Celia Cruz, Marc Anthony), Dominican merengue and bachata (Romeo Santos, Aventura), Venezuelan joropo and pop, Colombian vallenato (Carlos Vives) and cumbia, plus reggaeton (Bad Bunny, Karol G, J Balvin). Can you set up an outdoor pool karaoke?
Yes. The karaoke production is designed for outdoor use. For pool and beach setups, the crew uses weatherproof speaker placement and runs cables safely around the deck. The 85-inch TV is positioned away from direct splashing. Battery PA option available for truly cord-free outdoor audio.
Is the host included or extra?
Three tiers. Standard Karaoke ($800 / 3h) is full-service production — gear, crew for delivery and teardown, but you call your own queue. Karaoke + Lights & TV ($1,200 / 3h) upgrades to a 75-inch screen and adds dance lighting. Premium Karaoke ($1,500 / 5h) adds two hours, six mics and a second 75-inch screen for bigger groups. Need an attended technician on-site through the full event? +$300.
Where do I rent karaoke equipment in Miami?
Rondosound is your full-service Miami karaoke rental option — we deliver, set up, run sound, and tear down. Karaoke rental starts at $800 for 3 hours. We do not offer self-pickup or DIY karaoke rental. Every karaoke booking includes the crew on-site for delivery, setup, sound check, and teardown. The reason: karaoke gear with a 35,000-song library and dual screens is finicky enough that a DIY hand-off ruins more parties than it saves.
How loud does it get?
The PA is scaled to the room. Our standard karaoke production is calibrated for indoor residential and small-venue use — clear vocals at conversation-friendly levels, with enough volume for a dance moment when the chorus hits. For larger rooms or outdoor events, the engineer upsizes the PA accordingly.
