Questions about reaching us.

How fast do you reply?
Our published SLA is under 60 minutes during operating hours — or $100 off your booking. For after-hours inquiries (late night, early morning) you'll hear back first thing the next morning. WhatsApp is typically fastest for quick questions.
What info should I include in my message?
The more detail you share, the faster we can give you an accurate price: event date, venue name, approximate guest count, event type (wedding, birthday, corporate), and any specific add-ons you're considering (cold sparks, LED facade). A rough budget range is always helpful but never required.
Do I need to pay to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and fast — date, venue, guest count in, production lead + gear list + flat number out. For standard packages (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) the price is already published on our pricing page. We quote only for high-variance bookings: Key West destinations, Palm Beach luxury venues, and corporate activations.
Can I visit your showroom?
We don't operate a retail showroom — we're a full-service delivery operation. You're welcome to request a gear walk-through video before booking, and we offer a 30-minute Zoom consultation for Horizon and Marquee clients as part of the planning process.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Reschedules requested more than 60 days before your event transfer your deposit penalty-free to a new date within 12 months. Within 60 days, a 50% rebooking fee applies. Named-storm rescheduling (hurricane clause) is always penalty-free.
